Notice is hereby given to all the members that the Annual General Body Meeting of Bankers’ Club Greater Kochi will be held on Sunday 3rd July 2022 at Hotel Park Central, Kaloor. Election of new office bearers and committee members of the Club for the period 2022-23 will also be conducted in the General Body meeting and the Executive Committee appointed Shri Radhakrishnan R and Shri Mohanan Nair M N as Electoral Officers to conduct the
election. All our members are requested to attend the meeting well in time.
The Byelaw (8c) states that the candidate, the member proposing, and the member seconding shall be of good standing. The candidate should invariably attend the Annual General Body meeting and participate in the election procedure failing which their candidature will be rejected. Nominations may be sent to any one of the Electoral Officers to the office address in a sealed cover to reach their office within 15 days from the date of this notification.
